Emblems that have been ordered cannot be returned. Amounts paid are not refunded in any circumstance. Orders that have been placed cannot be cancelled.

If you do not want to be bound by these terms or policies, do not shop from Your Custom Emblem or use its services or products. Your Custom Emblem reserves the right to change any and all terms and conditions you see here at any time without prior notice. Such revisions and additions shall be effective immediately upon notice here within this terms and conditions document. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically for any modification to these terms that may affect your rights or obligations hereunder. These terms are effective until terminated by Your Custom Emblem. The company shall also have the right without notice and at any time to terminate some or all of the services or any feature or portion thereof, or any products or services offered through them, or to terminate any individual’s right to access or use of the website or any feature or portion thereof.

All members are also affiliate members though you do not have to perform affiliate member duties. Affiliate member duties are optional. Your Custom Emblem has the right to share or repost the pictures of the Emblems produced and installed. Your Custom Emblem has the right to use the pictures of the Emblems produced as well as the pictures sent in by customers on any online or offline platform as well as for advertising.

All prices displayed on the company website are quoted in U.S. dollars. You may be subject to paying additional taxes / customs / any type of clearance fee depending on your country and on the type of shipping chosen. Your Custom Emblem is not responsible of paying those fee under any circumstance. Your Custom Emblem reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products and services offered through the website without incurring any obligation to you. The company reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof. Prices of all services, including but not limited to upgrade packages and membership fees, are subject to change at any time.
